I think one of the key components of upgrading is education. My
estate is over 20 years old and is due for upgrading soon.
The place is old but the thing that I can't stand is the litter,
the incense on the floor, joss stick and candles at the walkway,
Malay kids loitering, smoking and vandalising the area.
It made me want to live in a place w/o these people. But I know
that's impossible unless I can afford to live in private
housing.
